- We’ll conduct a home profiling session with you (either face to face or virtual).
- You’ll receive a list of suitable homes customised to your personal preferences.
- We’ll meet to discuss the properties in detail and we can talk through particulars for each property.
Add on from basic:
- We include assistance with the property handover, conducting a property condition report on entry including taking photographs and a signed detailed report by the landlord and tenant.
- When its time to move out, we will conduct an exit out property condition report which will detail a comparison of any changes from the entry in report.

- We will accompany you to view each property or can conduct virtually if needed.
- We provide neighbourhood orientation service, helping you to get a idea of what’s in your local area, arrange school tours, Doctors surgeries, dentist, shopping etc.
